I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of Oregon and Washington and I hold a Master of Arts in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy from Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education & Counseling. I offer mental health counseling to individuals and families ranging from adolescence to adulthood.

I’ve dedicated the last several years working in higher levels of care and offering outpatient therapy services to the eating disorder population. I continue to be incredibly passionate about treating the underlying issues of eating disorders due to its unique complexities and challenges. I also have experience treating a variety of other presenting issues related to body image, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, identity, life transitions, trauma, parenting, and family conflict. My approach to therapy is informed by principles of Health at Every Size (HAES), and my education is rooted in social justice which has prepared me to practice from a respectful and open-minded lens.

I grew up in Southern California and made my way up the West Coast living in places like San Francisco, Seattle, and now Portland. The PNW has become a significant part of my journey in creating a home with my family. I enjoy heading to the coast whenever possible, exploring new towns and their vintage shops, and spending quality time with loved ones.
